Important Dates & Deadlines
Here are key dates and deadlines to be aware of in this matter:
Claim Filing Deadline
The Claim Form must be submitted no later than November 30, 2025. You can submit your Claim Form here or by mail to the Settlement Administrator. By submitting a Claim Form, you will give up certain rights to sue Defendants.
Opt out of the Settlement
The deadline to opt out of the Settlement is on December 9, 2025. This option allows you to sue, continue to sue, or be part of another lawsuit against Defendants related to the legal claims resolved by this Settlement.
Object to the Settlement and/or attend a hearing
The deadline to object to the Settlement is on December 9, 2025. Unless you exclude yourself, you are automatically part of the Settlement. If you do nothing, you will not get a payment from this Settlement, and you will give up the right to sue, continue to sue, or be part of another lawsuit against Defendants related to the legal claims resolved by this Settlement.
Final Approval Hearing
The Court is scheduled to hold the Final Approval Hearing on December 30, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. You may attend at your own expense if you wish. If you submit a written objection or comment, you do not have to come to the Court to talk about it. As long as you submit your written objection or comment on time, and follow the requirements above, the Court will consider it.
